Exchange:
All orders come with a hassle free Exchange policy:
- Send us an email at support@mirhascloset.com or contact us at our WhatsApp number with the product pictures you want your product to be replaced with.
- Send us the parcel at our address given below and we will send you your desired parcel as soon as we receive it.
Return:
We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 07 Days of purchase.
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be reimbursed.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
- Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
How To Return ?
To return the product back you have to dispatch the product to us like we dispatched it to you, you can visit any courier services for this, and send us the product back with a detailed not placed inside the product zipper back, On that note please mention the reason of return along with the same details which you used while placing the order,

How will you get the payment back?
Once we get the product back we will check it if you have returned the complete product and the return Note is in there with proper reason, Afterwards our representative will call you on the details you have mentioned on the Note. He/She will ask you to provide the bank account number in which you want your payment back. You can also choose Easy Paisa or Jazz Cash services for refunds.
How long will it takes to get the refund?
Once all the process is completed we will start your refund and it could take about 7 Working Days for the Refund to transfer into your account of other medium which you already selected in the above phase.
